At Paycor, billing operations are robust and complex, reflecting a diverse range of products, each with a unique billing calculation and structure, with data sourced from different sources. Operating on a monthly billing cycle, Paycor's team diligently conducts data reviews following the invoicing process, prioritizing precision and accuracy. Any potential issues must be detected and resolved within a tight 24-hour window on the last day of the month to maintain the billing schedule. To streamline these manual billing review processes, Paycor completely re-architected the system with a new infrastructure that centralizes product data within Snowflake.
